With due respect, this is to inform you that the employee Mr. Johnathan is no more working with our company. He has to leave here for certain reasons. His reputation remained very good throughout his career. He was working here with us for a very long.

He was a very good employee and had done a great job here. Jonathan hasn’t violated any of the rules of our office in his whole career. He would be a good addition to your company. He will prove to be a good and competent employee of any company he will be in. He has worked here for almost five years with respect and earned a good reputation here. We wish him a very good future and time ahead.

He has resigned from our company today. The reason for his resign is that he is shifting from the city due to some family problems and will continue his work very soon. I can say with confidence that he will not delay his joining which is from the upcoming week. The details were provided to him to apply to the next company within the given time.

He has no objections to joining the other company instead he has to work for his family. His presence cannot be negative for any firm or organization as he keeps his work first and maintain good relations with other employees as well. He shall be issued his clearance certificate very soon.

It is stated that the employee Mr. Stephen has been transferred from this branch to the main branch today. He has been working here for many years and his consistency has insisted we shift him to the main branch in a higher position.

He has worked very hard throughout which led us to transfer him to the main branch where he can work in a good position. His presence will not make any company regret it. Because he is one of the best workers in our company.

He will be a good and remarkable addition to your branch. He has never been into any bad habits and violating the rules. He is a very kind, hardworking, and devoted person in our organization.

As I mentioned earlier that his transfer was held today so he will be joining the office from tomorrow. He has been provided with all the details and regulations of his new position which will help him continue his work without any delay.

We have written consent from him that he will be working there for this specific period of time and after that, he can resign if he wants. Our company has observed his performance and we didn’t find any disobedience in him.

This decision will definitely not be wrong. All our heads are happy with Stephen being a part of our team. He has good teamwork skills which will help him a lot. He can be a good leader as well. His leadership skills have impressed us the most. He has been observed working skillfully here which can lead the other branch towards success in the future. His clearance certificate shall be issued in three to four days.
