T&C Letter -1
This letter is being written to inform you, Mr. James Gordon: my ‘Client’, about ‘Fixed price contract terms and conditions:
- I, your ‘Employee’, shall be working under the Client as contracted employee for [I] months from October 20, 20xx to December 20, 20xx. My job will be to work responsibly as your secretary and event manager.
- You, the Client shall pay me for my services X $ within 45 days of the task completion. Upon receiving the payment, Employee will confirm the payment made by sending a written and signed document. [Account details] shall be the address where Client will transfer the funds for payment. Note that transaction or bank fees of the client shall not be deducted from the payment owed to the Employee.
- The information disclosed from one party to another shall stay among the parties only. One party shall not disclose the information exchanged to a third party without consent from the other party. If a party breaks this condition, it can be sued by the other.
- Employee shall not use the name of Client for publicity without consent. However, Employee has the right to list the name of Client in personal annual report without any approval from the said party.
- No party will be forced to endorse the other’s services without prior agreement and payment.
No change shall be made to this agreement without consent and signatures from both parties. This agreement will be considered effective from October 20, 20xx the same date as the employee starts working for the Client and expired on the date Employee gets paid the full amount by the client.

This letter is being written to inform you, Miss Sylvia Keen: my ‘Client’, about ‘Fixed price contract terms and conditions:
- I, your ‘Employee’, shall be working under the Client as contracted employee for 1 month from October 1, 20xx to October 21, 20xx. My job will be to work diligently as your restaurant’s weekly seafood distributer. I assure you that the white meat farmed at our facilities is fresh and healthy.
- You, the Client shall pay me for my services X $ on the last day of the task completion. Upon receiving the payment, Employee will confirm the payment made by sending a written and signed document. [Account details] shall be the address where Client will transfer the funds for payment. Note that transaction or bank fees of the client shall not be deducted from the payment owed to the Employee.
- The information disclosed from one party to another shall stay among the parties only. One party shall not disclose the information exchanged to a third party without consent from the other party. If a party breaks this condition, it can be sued by the other.
