This letter is being forged and made effective on October 20, 20xx about the terms and conditions of purchase between Miss Lois Lane ‘buyer’ and ‘Seafood Distributors’ seller. It shall expire on October 20, 20xx.
- The seafood items purchased must be delivered to [location].
- The goods will be delivered land via refrigerated trucks.
- All the items must be delivered on the same date unless a written document is provided regarding partial delivery. The delivery of goods will be made on third week of every month for two years unless the contract is terminated early or extended.
- The seller will pay X $ each time on the day of delivery after verifying the quality and freshness of the items. The price shall be fixed, not subjected to any damages, and will include all the delivery charges and taxes and must be paid in full amount. Also, the client will be paying in hard cash so that there is no issue of transaction fees.
- In case of late delivery, the buyer will claim compensation from the seller. In case of damage to goods via delivery, seller shall be held responsible.
- Seller must inform the buyer of the goods delivery via email. Email shall include full charges, description of the items and corresponding details of place of delivery, as well as estimated time of arrival of the Goods at the [location] and all other related information.
- Buyer shall not be responsible for failure to obtain and maintain or delay in obtaining any governmental approval necessary for the performance of this Contract whether imposed before or after this contract is made effective.
- As per the discount given by seller to buyer, buyer will be endorsing the products of Seller.

This letter is being forged and made effective on October 20, 20xx about the terms and conditions of purchase between buyer and seller. It shall expire in five years on October 20, 20xx.
- The goods purchased, i.e., car parts, must be delivered to [location].
- The goods will be delivered via air on cargo plane and the location on land via trolleys.
- All the goods must be delivered on the same date unless a written document is provided regarding partial delivery. The delivery of goods will be made on third week of every month for five years unless the contract is terminated early or extended with written and signed proof provided.
- The seller will pay on the day of delivery after verifying the good condition of the goods. The price shall be fixed, not subjected to any damages, and will include all the delivery charges and taxes and must be paid in full amount.
- In case of late delivery, the buyer will claim compensation from the seller. In case of damage to goods via delivery, seller shall be held responsible.
- Before shipment of the goods, it is seller’s responsibility to check for the delivery vessel’s condition both in terms of its maintenance and cleanliness.
- Seller must inform the buyer of the goods delivery via email. Email shall include contract number, full charges, description of the items and type of packaging, goods quantity, transportation route, vessel name, and corresponding details of place of delivery, as well as estimated time of arrival of the Goods at the [location] and all other related information.
- Buyer shall not be responsible for failure to obtain and maintain or delay in obtaining any governmental approval necessary for the performance of this Contract whether imposed before or after this contract is made effective.
