Letter of intent -1
This letter of intent describes all details of collaboration that could be formed between your corporate ‘Private Chemlabs’ and our start-up ‘IT futures’. We would like you to participate in the pilot program of our start-up and devise changes to the software we have developed which we think is in accordance with your field of interest and need.
Please be assured that this proposal of ours is completely non-binding i.e., there is no obligation upon both sides. Either for you to accept our services if you change your mind, or for us to accept your proposed changes to the software if we see it doesn’t benefit the main objective. Note that in such a non-binding case, the pilot will cost you nothing.
However, we have some upcoming features in this program that we know you may be in need of and that shall be available to the public in two months. These services include upgrades to the software that allows intra-organization communication, backing up of information, and an extra-secure firewall to secure the sensitive information in the system that shall be available to the only individuals who are its owners and whom they wish to share it with.
We would like to give you a two-month-long time between October 20, 20xx and December 20, 20xx to consider whether to take up our services. If you do, your estimated charges will be around X $ for the whole software. For charges regarding upgrades, modifications, or reductions in the original design, however, we can negotiate separately.
Please consider taking up our services. Sir William Stone, our investor sees potential in our start-up and would be giving your organization’s director a call at 9:00 am tomorrow October 20, 20xx to refer us.
Regards
