I am writing this letter for a mortgage company and intend to sell one of my homes. This is Steffen Paul from Florida living at address X, street X. I have a property here in Florida. I want to sell this home to a mortgage company within this month. I need money from the mortgage company X in return for this home.

The reason for this selling is that I need money urgently due to my sister’s marriage next month. The home is located at address X and the purchase price of this home is X$. The selling price is X$. The price will not be changed because it is already less than the original price.
