This is Christian Luther from Georgia. I am writing this letter for appointing my brother as an agent or attorney-in-fact of my child’s travel. My brother is a doctor in Canada, and he is a responsible person. He can take good care of my child. He will be responsible for my child for at least three weeks almost.

The reason behind this travel is the treatment of my child in Canada. He has surgery over there and it will be done by my brother John. My child has a kidney stone, and it has become severe with the passage of time. There is no other way except surgery. So, it is important to go there.

My brother as an agent of my child will be responsible for his departure and arrival both. He will have to pay great attention because he will be going through surgery, so he needs great care. There are certain responsibilities that he needs to take care of.

These duties include that he must be there whenever my child needs him, he will be responsible for his diet as he better knows what he should eat or not, he will be taking care of his medicines on time, he will be taking care while he is recovering, he will have to make sure that he is fine for traveling and then he should take him back to me. These trivial things matter a lot for a patient and that’s why these are important for him.

This is Laurence Gilbert from France. I am writing this letter about my child’s travel to Pakistan. For this purpose, I authorize my sister Natalia as an agent or attorney-in-fact of my child. She is an independent girl and has some work in Pakistan. In Pakistan, there is a mother of my child who went there for taking care of her mother.

My child has his vacation going on and he wants to meet her mother for this reason I appointed Natalia as attorney-in-fact for him. The time period would be three months almost. She has to come back within this time period because his schools will reopen till then.

I have my job here so I cannot go with me to take my child. She has to strictly follow the time duration. The violation will not be tolerated. In the meantime, she herself has to take care of him as he will be living with her and not with her mother. There are some responsibilities that she has to take care of.

The responsibilities include that she has to take care of his vacation work that he has, she will be taking good care of his proper diet, she will be taking him to his mother weekly and him back because there is not much space where he can live and his mother is also busy, she will be making sure that he should not be there at home alone.

If she is going for her work, then she should make sure that he will be staying with her mother meanwhile. These duties are for three months and should be strictly followed.
